ScoreLIbrary 2019
Share Feature
The Music Library Share feature is an option that allows viewing
all sheet music of organizations using ScoreLibrary in your
share area.
Arrangements can be made to share music, reducing the cost
of new music. ScoreLibrary keeps track of music that you
have loaned out.
Event Feature
Create a music event; assign sheet music to the event, assign
members to the event. Then automatically generate music
assigned by serial number for each member. Know what music
is assigned from the library and to whom. Reconciling returned
music after an event is automated; select an event and one
click for each returned piece. Reconcile in a fraction of the
time it would take manually.
Included in this feature is the Concert Seating Chart.

The music library is maintained in the cloud. The search
feature allows searching by Title, Composer, Description or
any combination. Your library doesn’t need to be in any
alphabetical sequence; if you have loose music, just search
the title, find the location and re-insert into the library.
There is also an enhanced Advanced Search which has
additional search fields; Arrangement, Genre, Ensemble,
Season, Solists, Instruments, Instrumentation(Orchestras),
Choral Forces, Level and Lyrics. Multi-fields select can be
used in one search.
The members module handles assignment of robes and folders.
Labels and directories are generated as needed by group or
selected member.
