The features of ScoreLibrary; Music, Search, Maintain, Events, Returns, Members and Share combine together making a comprehensive application for your Sheet Music Library. These features standardize and assist in researching, maintaining and sharing your library in addition to borrowing from other ScoreLibrary organizations. Search by Title, Composer, Keyword or a combination of all Three in the Search feature. Then view the location, how many copies, if any are lent out and to whom. Do you have titles that haven’t been used for years? Just click Google on selected piece, then research and listen. Initial music setup is expedited in the Music feature with the Quick Entry used at initial building of your music library. Contact us to see if we can assist in importing your current music data. Membership information is standardized and maintained in the Members feature Member assignments and information can be selected, printed and labels for robe and music folders generated. The Sharing feature facilitates sharing/borrowing music from other ScoreLibrary users in your area. This option requires consent from both parties. If your music is serial numbered the Assign/Return feature in Events makes assigning/tracking/return a time saving simple task. Also, create a Seating Chart for each Event.
