The generated labels standardize the location of music and printed directories are available for manual lookup by title and composer. More… Music Used This feature displays when a music title was last performed, searched by Title or Event. Members Member information is available for; robes and folders, group assignments, and contact information. * Selected labels are created for robes and folders. * Group Assignments allow for multiple assignments for each member; Choir, Bells, Orchestra etc. * Directories can be generated for contact information and assignments by group or selected member. Generate Anticipated Monthly Attendence sheet. * Process member dues. (optional) Events Assign and Track music by Event and serial number. Knowing who has what music and if it is still out of the library is now an automated task as is returning music to the library by serial number. Share Join your local Music Share Group and View/Share your sheet music with like minded organizations; Churches, Choirs, Schools, Orchestras, in your area that also use ScoreLibrary.
